Ken Schwarz, Managing Director

Ken has a long history in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance having worked in IT for private banks, equity traders, and venture capitalists with over $4B in managed assets. He also had early exposure to HIPAA, having been one of the first committee members at Princeton Medical Center assigned for it's initial implementation prior to the enforcement deadline .


Since then he helped build a IT Managed Service Provider with national reach, while focusing almost entirely on Governance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance within the Healthcare and Legal sectors.

  • 30+ years of combined IT & cybersecurity consulting experience
